When you book a bike, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), and a copy of your Driving License and one government ID proof, as required to rent a vehicle. We may also note your pickup/drop location and rental dates.
How We Use It
Your information is used only to process and manage your rental, verify eligibility, contact you about your booking, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only when necessary — for example with law-enforcement authorities if legally required, or in case of an accident or traffic violation involving the rented vehicle.
Data Retention
We keep booking records and ID copies for the period required by law and for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes), after which they are securely deleted.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us.
